Where do we ship to?                

The Judaica Stamp & Scrap ETC website automatically processes orders where the requested delivery address is in Austrialia, however shipments to other countries are also possible.

How much does it cost?                                                                

Shipments will be charged according to the rates set out by Australia Post and will be calculated manually on submission of your order.

How long does it take?                                                                                            

We will endevour to prepare, package and ship your order within 3 days of receipt of cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow up to 10 working days for cheques to clear.  We will notify you should there be a delay in processing your order. We obviously have no control over the time it takes to physically ship your items but orders tend to arrive 3 - 7 days after shipment within Australia. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipment                                                                            

Can I collect my order personally? 

If you live locally then we can arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect your order.  There is no postage cost for items that are being collected.

What if I want to return an item?

In the event that an item is damaged it may be returned to us within 14 days from the date of your order for a replacement or refund. Please enclose information about your original order: the order date, order number, and how we may contact you. If you have simply changed your mind then please contact us to see whether a refund or exchange would be possible.  In either circumstance we would appreciate being notified in advance. 

Past order information

You can log in to your account online and visit the “My Area” of the menu and then visit the “My Account” section to view past orders and check the status.

Out of stock items or inventory shortages. 

Judaica Stamp & Scrap ETC lists all available items. Items that are in stock are ready to ship. Items that are out of stock are, to the best of our knowledge, availabe for order. An extra 2-3 weeks for delivery of the items not in stock should be allowed for. Please feel free to contact us for personal order queries.
